Meditate effortlessly any time with our carefully tuned binaural beats. These beats are mixed with our own softened brown noise, reminiscent of a distant waterfall.

What makes these tracks special is the sliding binaural tones. Instead of just dropping straight into the deeper waves, we meet your brain closer to where it is, with relaxing alpha frequencies. Then as you listen and relax, we gently lower you into deeper states.

The binaural tones guide your brain into a deep state of peaceful open awareness combined with deep restorative restfulness. Each track takes about ten minutes to dive into a meditative state, and then brings you back to a relaxed alpha state to finish the session.

Track one, "Dive into Delta with Theta," brings you down into a middle delta brainwave tone, combined with a theta tone. This deep meditation state is great as a daily practice.

Track two, "Dive into Deep Delta with Theta," brings you down into the lower delta frequencies where you may find yourself in a more expansive state, and maybe losing track of your body. This is good for deeper exploration.

Track three, "Dive into Epsilon with Theta," works with some of the lowest frequencies ever found in the brain. This state has been found in the most experienced meditators. In our own experiences, it feels like the body is completely asleep while the mind is kept gently awake in the creative theta state.

As a bonus, our fourth track, "Dive into Sleep," brings you into the deep restfulness of low delta and ends there, allowing you to drift off naturally.
